A good Maure walk longer and more varied than the previous walk from Chartreuse which I did some years ago.
Beautiful hike around the Giens peninsula by the beach path.
A small lake and its dam, sandy beaches and rocks and, finally, a trail with a 360° view of the surrounding landscape.
A walk that takes the coastal path for a section between the beautiful beach of Estagnol and Fort Brégançon.
This hike will visit the village of Carcés, Carcés Lake and the splendid Caramy Falls. Best in the spring when the water flow is stronger.
You also will take a part of the path of Saint Jacques de Compostela.
Vieux Cannet des Maures is a village full of character, certainly worthwhile a visit. Entraygues, the cave chapel of Saint Michel and the natural arches of Argens.
A short but energetic walk that is exposed towards the end. Enjoy the stunning views from the top of Rocher de Roquebrune with its famous ochre colours.
A hike looping around the Maures hills in the middle of cork oak forests.
Lush vegetation with beautiful views of East Toulon.
You take a portion of the GR51 called "The Balcony of the Mediterranean".
Circuit overlooking the Var coast above Bormes-les-Mimosas.
A medium difficulty circular walk with beautiful views over Hyères bay.
A half-day walk to enjoy in the winter.
This walk is not listed (except by me) and so there are no waymarks.
This hike leads around Bormes-les-Mimosas, and the flowering mimosas in particular.
